the stay at simon hotel was fantastic! the one bedroom suite was very clean, and the layout was decent with a nice harbor view. the location is perfect, right near the boardwalk, and we loved the complimentary bottled water. the staff was quick to provide a toaster upon request too!

Our three-night getaway offered comfortable accommodations, though the broken air conditioning left us feeling quite warm. The restaurant served lovely meals, but the menu could use some variety. Despite the setbacks, the friendly staff made us feel welcomed.

So we booked a One-Bedroom Suite for two nights. The best part was the setup-those doors separating the bedroom were a godsend! No noise from the living area and the kids could sleep without interruptions.

I had a solid stay with a fantastic water view, very comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast that kicked off my day right! Would definitely come back!

However, the maze of doors in our suite made me feel like I was playing hide and seek with myself. Who knew I could get lost in a room that big?

Room #320 has thin walls. noise from the adjoining room disrupted our sleep with late-night commotion. The HVAC didn't seem to work well, leaving us in a muggy atmosphere. the bathroom setup felt awkward with the sink separated from the rest, and the lack of a towel rack added to the inconvenience. Also, noticeable maintenance issues like the leaking toilet created an uncomfortable stay. Overall, the parking setup was frustrating—$15 a day for limited access, and there's no drop-off area near the lobby, which is poorly laid out with only restricted parking options available.
